Sam leads Tree Line's acquisitions and capital markets functions. Previously, Sam was Director of Acquisitions at WS Development, a privately-held retail and mixed-use development firm with over 100 properties and 22 million square feet nationwide. At WS, Sam was involved in all facets of transaction lifecycle from sourcing, underwriting, diligencing, capitalizing, and closing new deals to ultimately driving business plan execution at acquired assets. Sam led transaction teams in closing over $500M of retail acquisitions in 7 states and was the Investment Manager for Derby Street Shops in Hingham, MA and Bradley Fair Shopping Center in Wichita, KS. Earlier in his career, Sam was an analyst at the consulting firm, Cornerstone Research and, together with Gary, assembled and repositioned an apartment portfolio in Southern Maine. Sam holds a B.A. in Economics from Bates College.

Gary leads Tree Line's asset management and construction efforts. Previously, Gary was the co-founder of a closely-held real estate investment partnership focused on housing. While involved across the business, Gary led construction and property management. Over five years, Gary and his partners acquired, remodeled, and resold over 150 homes in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Subsequently, Gary and his partners assembled a manufactured housing portfolio with 160 sites across 3 communities in Central Massachusetts. Gary led the repositioning of these properties, implementing site and infrastructure improvements, developing new homes sites, and modernizing tenant relations. Gary holds a BBA in Real Estate and Risk Management from University of Wisconsin – Madison.
